Recovering from MacWorld
The Glance team is recovering from an intense week at MacWorld. Our booth was twice as big as last year, we were located in sight of continental Apple on one side and Google on the other. Lots of good traffic. This year's MacWorld was even bigger than last year too, they said 50,000 people. And it seemed to us much more of a professional crowd.
We introduced the beta version of Glance 2.3 with Remote Control for the Mac, showing it with guests on Mac, Windows and Ubuntu Linux. (Yes, we had Windows running at MacWorld! Nobody said a thing...). You too can try it here!
We said "hi" to quite a few customers, and John Nemerovski of mymac.com came by to take pictures.
Our technical guys had a good time at the deliciousgeneration party hosted by our friends at MacHeist. They say thanks for the beer John!
We've always figured Glance was a natural with the Mac crowd, many working with visual information as creative professionals. We'll have to tell you about some of them soon. And of course Mac users know the value of simplicity and elegance in a product!
Please consider Glance for all your web demo and mac web conferencing needs!
